Smart Chefs สำหรับเชฟรุ่นเยาว์ 5-10 ขวบ

นอกจากจะได้สนุกกับการทำขนมและอาหารต่างๆด้วยตัวเองน้องๆจะได้ทดลองวิทยาศาสตร์ค้นหาเคล็ดลับปฏิกิริยาของส่วนผสมที่ใส่ในอาหารเช่นโซดาที่ใส่ในเค้ก ผงฟูในขนมปัง สรรสร้างงานศิลป์โดยแปลงกายขนมเค้ก หรือคุกกี้ให้เป็นรูปทรงต่างๆ ด้านคณิตศาสตร์ เด็กๆจะฝึกการใช้อุปกรณ์ในการชั่งตวงวัดการคำนวณเพื่อใส่ส่วนผสมในขนมได้อย่างถูกต้องหรือหาสัดส่วนที่ใช้แทนกัน รวมทั้งสนุกกับการชอปปิ้งซื้อของตามสูตรอาหาร เรียนรู้การทำงานเป็นขั้นตอนและทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม

Smart Chef for children aged 5-10

With hands-on experience, children will have fun learning Science, mathematics, literacy and team work through cooking.

In a mini lab kitchen, your kids can learn how to use kitchen tools, to work together, to take turns and to measure the ingredients. Children will learn how to follow instruction from a recipe. They can create different shapes out of a round cake.They can discover the science behind cooking  and answer questions like ‘Why do we put yeast in the bread dough?’ ‘Why we need to wash our hands?’ and ‘Why do materials change when they get hot or cold?’ By the end, children will have had lots of fun cooking and eating delicious food. YUM! They will get the opportunity to create a wide range of foods, including cookies, cup cakes, bread and jelly.
